HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For orders over $100, shipping is free. For orders less than $100, Shipping fees range from $9.99 to $15 (depending on country).

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Delivery takes 13-17 business days from the day the order is placed. We are preparing expedite deliver.

There may be further delays depending on the circumstances of the delivery company.

We use FedEx or EMS or DHL, one of the most trusted delivery services.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can always check the status of your order by clicking ORDER STATUS in your MY ACCOUNT. “In Transit” means your package has departed our warehouse and is being delivered.

FedEx sends tracking information to the registered email upon dispatch.

WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVEED MY ORDER?

If it’s been over 3 business days after placing an order, please contact us at rami81creationlab@gmail.com. We will work with FedEx to track your package and email you of every update.

FedEx takes up to 10 business days to investigate missing packages.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES?

If the package gets sent back to us after 3 failed delivery attempts, re-sending the order may result in a fee.
